Crestron ST-BTPN Battery Pack for the ST-1550C and ST-1700
This is the battery pack from the extremely popular ST-1550C and the ST-1700 range 
of handheld wireless remote Touchpanels. If your SmarTouch Wireless touchpanel dies the moment you lift it from the docking station this is probably the reason. We have a dedicated page on the ST-BTPN. Click here for information.
Crestron PW-1215 Power Supply
This 1.5A power pack is used with the ST-1500C and ST-1700 wireless touchpanels and seems to get damaged every now and again. Cables get snagged on chairs and power packs get knocked which may eventually damage the pack. If no lights are lit on the docking station when power is on this is the most likely culprit.
Crestron STI-DSN Docking Station
The ST-DSN is the docking station for the Crestron SmarTouch wireless touchpanels. It seems to suffer from spilled drinks on boardroom tables. If the power supply charges your SmarTouch but wont charge via the docking station then unfortunately it probably needs replacing.
Crestron TPMC-8X-DSW Wall Docking Station 
Although not strictly a spare part the wall docking station for the TPMC-8X seems to be an unknown product. The wall docking station takes all the benefits of the usual docking station and adds high speed hard wired connectivity. The unit can be operated as a wall mount touchpanel or removed from the wall and used from the comfort of a sofa over wireless. Perfect for Home Cinemas.
Bezels and Buttons Supply and Engraving
We see a lot of systems which could be improved aesthetically with very little financial outlay. Some people do not realise that the touchpanel bezel could be colour coordinated or finished in 
brushed chrome to match the light switches. We have even seen examples of stickers placed on bezels to identify the buttons! We can supply professionally engraved buttons which can seriously improve the aesthetics of a system for very little cost. The range of colours is huge and the finishes vary from satin nickel to polished gold or brass. We can recommend finishes to match your interior and fit them for you with minimal expense.
