Weather Resistant and Waterproof LCD monitors
Waterproof LCD monitors are nothing new, we have a couple of examples elsewhere on the site which are designed to be installed in bathrooms. The Sanyo GAIA range takes this to a whole new level! Several monitors have operating temperatures of between -20 and +45 degrees C. This enables us to install these screens outside in ski resorts and alpine conditions - places where no other display would survive. The vandal resistant case and and anti-reflective glass ensure its suitability for public areas with the screen being 5 times stronger than a traditional monitor.
Sunlight Readable for the perfect Picture whatever the Weather
Many different screens have light sensors built in to automatically adjust light levels according to ambient light levels. The Sanyo takes this one step further - the special trans-reflective monitor structure reflects sunlight and uses it as a light source for higher image brightness. The brighter the light the brighter the display becomes!
